Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in California seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead patient care across multiple sites. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage treatment plans, and participate in admissions, care coordination, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Board-eligible AHP; board certification preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Two or more years experience as a provider in another licensed hospital or clinic, preferred.
• Leadership and/or supervisory experience in a behavioral health organization is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients at the site and provide coverage at assigned locations.
• Conduct medication management sessions with patients.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Create patient treatment plans and manage updates.
• Participate in team meetings and complete charting within 24 hours.
• Provide admissions support and coordinate care with payors and referrals.
