Job summary

K&I Healthcare Services LLC seeks a Medical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership across medication management and psychiatric programs in Maryland. You will ensure CARF/COMAR compliance and supervise prescribing clinicians.

The role requires MD/DO board certification in Psychiatry, active Maryland licensure, and 5+ years of outpatient clinical experience with supervision of mid-level providers. Flexible work-from-home options are available along with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Psychiatry board certification and active Maryland license.
• At least 5 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience supervising mid-level providers and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric oversight to NPs and other prescribing clinicians.
• Lead monthly case reviews and chart audits.
• Implement quality and risk management protocols.
• Maintain collaboration/supervision per Maryland law.
• Lead clinical compliance during audits or site visits.
