Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the San Marcos, Texas campus. The role focuses on delivering psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a seclusion‑free, residential setting with a flexible 4‑day workweek.

You will join a dynamic medical team, with a caseload of up to 45 patients weekly across multiple units, and most visits conducted weekly. Employment type can be 1099 Independent Contractor or W‑2 with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

MD or DO from an accredited medical program.
Board Certification: BC-ABPN Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required.
Texas medical license in good standing.
Meets all credentialing criteria.

Mansioni

Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents in residential treatment.
Manage a typical caseload of up to 45 patients weekly across 3 units; most visits weekly.
Operate in a residential treatment setting with a 4-day work schedule.

Position Title: RTC Child Adolescent Psychiatrist — Location: San Marcos, Texas

San Marcos Treatment Center is recruiting a passionate full‑time Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. Our 212‑bed, seclusion‑free campus serves children and adolescents (ages 6‑17) in a 65‑acre therapeutic setting.

Average length of stay: 4‑12 months

Position Details

Full‑time with a flexible 4‑day schedule
Typical caseload: up to 3 units or 45 patients weekly; most patients are seen once per week
Setting: residential treatment for children and adolescents
