Job description

Medstaff is assisting with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry coverage for a facility located in the Bronx.

• Looking for a Board Certified or Eligible (within a few years of residency) Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (fellowship is required)
• Must have an unrestricted NY License, DEA and at least one year of hands on experience
• M-F, 8-430pm, Inpatient Child and Adolescent coverage for a state facility
• Patients are located in multiple wards within the facility so requires extensive walking
• Duties will include evaluating new admissions, patients with medical problems, ordering labs, consults and follow-ups
• Start date would be in June and the contract will go through August 29, 2025, with possibility for extension
• Interested candidates need to apply by May 19, 2025.
