Job summary

Britt Medical is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join a cohesive behavioral health team in central Connecticut as an Associate Medical Director. This role includes clinical and operational leadership responsibilities, providing psychiatric services across adult, adolescent, and child populations.

The position offers the opportunity for mentorship and access to academic and research opportunities while working within a highly integrated behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Experience with inpatient psychiatry and psychiatric evaluation services.
• Must have Connecticut medical license or eligibility.
• DEA registration and CCSR required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services across various age groups.
• Direct patient care including evaluations and therapy.
• Supervise clinical training for fellows and residents.
• Participate in Medical Staff committees.
