Burrell Behavioral Health invites applications for an Advanced Practice Provider Fellow. This six-month fellowship develops safe, high-quality clinical practice in psychiatry, behavioral health crisis care, and substance use treatment.

New graduates or early-career NPs/PAs work under physician supervision and an APP mentor, gaining progressive responsibility across outpatient, crisis, child/adolescent, adult, and substance use settings.

Competenze

• Eligible candidates include new graduates or early-career NPs or PAs.
• Structured six-month fellowship with supervised patient care.
• Rotations across outpatient, crisis, child/adolescent, adult, and substance use.
• Focus on psychiatric evaluation, psychotropic management, risk assessment, and care coordination.

Mansioni

• Conduct supervised psychiatric, behavioral health, medical, and substance use evaluations as allowed by training level.
• Develop differential diagnoses and evidence-informed treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide supervised medication management within authorized scope.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and learn EMR, coding, and billing requirements.
