Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must be able to score highly on disease and product training exams and be certified on product knowledge annually.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty; valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales and marketing strategies with clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Deliver messages clearly, probe customer needs, handle objections and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams to support account plans.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
• Demonstrate understanding of reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources.
