Job description

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional board certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We also provide flexibility in where and when you practice medicine, allowing you to enjoy control over your hours and schedule.

We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that improving accessibility in mental health care begins with supporting our doctors. We provide solutions to challenges faced by psychiatrists, from lack of infrastructure and support in private practice to being overworked and underpaid in hospitals and clinics.

Our goal is to bridge the outpatient psychiatry gap by providing high-quality, respected medical care in a modern setting with modern tools. Through proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the populations and conditions you enjoy, building a practice that is satisfying and intellectually stimulating.

Talkiatry believes psychiatric care should be affordable for patients and accepts all major insurance. We have a large in-house billing and patient care team that handles administrative issues, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

We are seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our expanding national team across the US. We offer:

• Market-leading compensation with a competitive base salary and productivity-based earnings, allowing you to retain a high percentage of your income.

• Lighter administrative burdens and schedule flexibility, with support handling scheduling, billing, and other functions.
• Efficient practice operations supported by technology, including an integrated EMR, messaging, telemedicine, and lab integration.
• Ability to select your patient population and set your own appointment times, with minimums of 60 minutes for intake and 30 minutes for follow-up.
• A strong in-house referral network supporting seamless care transitions.

The total annual compensation for full-time psychiatrists ranges from approximately $300K to over $350K, including base salary and productivity incentives.
