Job description

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.

Our Approach

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists have control over their practice, supported by staff that handles administrative duties, allowing more focus on patient care. We offer flexibility in practice location and hours, providing in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with various mental health disorders. We do not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs.

Our goal is to improve mental health care accessibility by supporting psychiatrists with infrastructure and support, using proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists. We aim to deliver high-quality, modern outpatient psychiatric care with modern tools, making care affordable for patients as we accept all major insurance.

Position Details

We are seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our expanding national team. We offer:

1. Market-leading compensation with a competitive base salary and productivity-based income, allowing you to retain a high percentage of your earnings.

5. Custom technology solutions, including an integrated EMR supporting messaging, telemedicine, lab integration, and patient outcome tracking.
6. Ability to select patient populations based on your criteria, with robust intake processes and flexible time allotments (minimum 60 minutes for intake, 30 minutes for follow-up).
7. A strong referral network for specialist and therapist support, with seamless information sharing via EMR.
