LifeStance Health is actively seeking psychiatrists in Wisconsin for outpatient care. The role offers 100% outpatient work with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends, and a hybrid model combining on-site and telehealth.

Competitive compensation with uncapped earnings and a full benefits package accompany a supportive administrative environment. Clinicians must be fully licensed in Wisconsin and hold an MD or DO degree, with experience in child, adolescent, or adult psychiatry.

***$325,000 - $375,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity. Guaranteed first year.
