Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking psychiatrists in Wisconsin on a hybrid schedule with on-site and telehealth options. The role offers full-time or part-time (20 hours+), outpatient work only, with no nights or hospital calls.

Compensation is uncapped and productivity-based, with a comprehensive benefits package and modern offices. Applicants must be fully licensed in Wisconsin with an MD or DO, and experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations is preferred.

$305,000 - $401,000 a year

***$305,000 - $406,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
