Talkiatry Psychiatrist Job Description

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists control their practice. Our support staff removes administrative duties, allowing more focus on patient care. We offer flexibility in practice location and hours, giving psychiatrists control over their schedules.

We provide in-network outpatient treatment for children and adults with various mental health disorders. We do not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. Our goal is to improve mental health care accessibility by supporting our doctors with infrastructure and support, addressing challenges faced in private practice, hospitals, and clinics. We aim to bridge the gap in outpatient psychiatry with high-quality care in a modern setting using innovative tools.

Using proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we enable you to treat preferred conditions and populations, building a satisfying and challenging practice.

We believe psychiatric care should be affordable and accept all major insurances. Our in-house billing and administrative team handle billing and administrative issues efficiently.

Our full-time psychiatrists earn approximately $300K-$350K+ annually, including base salary and monthly productivity incentives, guaranteed during onboarding.
