General Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM CST (12, 12-hour shifts per month, Day/Night)

Exempt/Nonexempt: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Department/Unit: Behavioral Health

Hours/FTE: 12, 12-hour shifts per month

Reports To: Avel eCare Medical Director

Summary:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Physician is able to work from home with flexible shifts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. MD or DO degree is required.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

1. Board eligible is required.
2. Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 5 years of start date.
3. Must have an active Florida license.
4. Must be located in the state of Florida.
