Job summary

LifeStance Health in Akron seeks Adult & Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists for our Akron Area Clinics. This role offers 100% outpatient care with no nights or hospital calls, and a flexible hybrid Telehealth model combining telemedicine and in-person visits.

Candidates must be fully licensed in Ohio and board-certified in psychiatry (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA. We offer a generous compensation range of $327,000–$414,000 annually, sign-on bonus, full benefits, 401k match, parental leave, and

• Unencumbered DEA license required.
• Experience treating Adults, Children or Lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and/or children.
• Deliver care via hybrid telemedicine and in-person visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
