LifeStance Health is actively hiring psychiatrists for our Rehoboth Beach clinic who are committed to patient care and clinical excellence. We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time roles, 100% outpatient work with no nights or weekends, and both telemedicine and in-person options.

Top compensation can exceed $345,000–$385,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP).

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatrists that are:
