HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a full-time Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director and hands-on provider for a premier SUD/mental health program in Vail, CO, with an equity opportunity in a growing facility.

The role includes clinical care of a small adult panel, supervision of MDs/APRNs, leadership in TMS, Ketamine/Spravato, Stellate Ganglion Block and Neurofeedback, and monthly travel to Denver for collaboration. Relocation plus furnished housing for 3+ months are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatrist
• 3+ years’ experience in SUD, Recovery
• Experience w/ TMS, Ketamine/Spravato, Stellate Ganglion Block, & Neurofeedback

Responsibilities

• Psychiatrist will work FT, Monday–Friday, 8–4 or 9–5 with flexibility to remote one day per week
• Provide direct patient care and supervise MDs and Advanced Practice Providers
• Collaborate with Managing Director, Executives, & Medical Board on policies
• Director of TMS, Ketamine/Spravato, Stellate Ganglion Block, Neurofeedback services
• Travel monthly to Denver for collaboration
• Report to Chief Operating Officer

Engage in a dual capacity role as both Medical Director and hands‑on provider for a well-regarded addiction recovery mental health program. This position offers a chance to attain partial ownership in an accomplished establishment, operate within an upscale environment, and assume Medical Leadership responsibilities within a team of seasoned and hospitable experts.

Addiction Recovery Psychiatrist Requirements:

• Licensed Psychiatrist
• 3+ years’ experience in SUD, Recovery

Addiction Recovery Psychiatric Compensation:

• 325K Base +
• 100K in company equity per year
