Talkiatry is seeking remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their dedicated national team, committed to providing outpatient treatment while minimizing administrative tasks. Enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexibility in scheduling to focus primarily on patient care, alongside advanced technology support. Join us in improving access to mental health care!
Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.
At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We offer flexibility in where and when you practice medicine, along with control over your hours and schedule.
We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Note that Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs.
Our mission is to improve access to mental health care by supporting our doctors. We address challenges faced by psychiatrists, such as lack of infrastructure and being overworked or underpaid in traditional settings. Our goal is to bridge the outpatient psychiatry gap by delivering high-quality, respected care using modern technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists.
We believe psychiatric care should be affordable and accept all major insurance. Our in-house billing and patient care teams handle administrative tasks to support our clinical staff.
Talkiatry participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility and is committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging all qualified candidates to apply regardless of background or protected status.
We are seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our expanding national team. Our promises include:
Our benefits include health, dental, vision insurance (up to 100% premiums paid), malpractice coverage, 401K matching, PTO, sick leave, holidays, pre-tax benefits, licensing support, and technology packages.
Full-time psychiatrists can expect total annual compensation of approximately $300K-$350K+.
Qualifications include board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry, an active unrestricted license (licensing support provided), excellent clinical skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
