Job description

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We offer flexibility in where and when you practice, along with control over your hours and schedule.

We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Note that Talkiatry does not provide intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs.

We aim to address accessibility issues in mental health care by supporting our doctors with solutions to challenges such as lack of infrastructure and support in private practice settings, and overwork and underpayment in hospitals and clinics.

Through proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the conditions and populations you enjoy, helping you build a satisfying and intellectually stimulating practice.

Talkiatry believes psychiatric care should be affordable and accepts all major insurance. We have a large in-house billing and patient care team to handle administrative issues.

We are seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our expanding national team. Our promises include:

Compensation for full-time psychiatrists ranges from ~$300K to $350K+ annually, including base salary and productivity incentives, guaranteed during onboarding.
