Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a full-time PMHNP for on-site duties in Fargo, ND, with an adult and adolescent caseload across In-Patient and PHP settings. You will participate in a call rotation (2 weekends per quarter) and manage admissions, follow-ups, and discharges.

Compensation is in line with MGMA; production bonus potential, relocation assistance, CME credits, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• On-site role in Fargo, ND.
• Adult and adolescent patient caseload across inpatient and PHP settings.
• Participation in call rotation with weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handle admissions, follow-ups, med checks and discharges.
• Participate in treatment team activities and coordinate care.
• Provide services for adult and adolescent patients in specified settings.
