Korzen Health in Chattanooga, Tennessee is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our expanding behavioral health team. Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Active Tennessee medical license or ability to acquire one
• Interest in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, or integrated behavioral care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Open to both new graduates and experienced psychiatrists

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment planning across inpatient and/or outpatient settings
• Provide clinical care across the lifespan
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, social workers, and the care team
• Supervise mid-level clinicians and participate in shared call schedules
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support patient-focused, high-quality psychiatric care and leadership pathways

Scope of Practice

• Full-time physician role
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning
• Provide clinical care in your choice of inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health settings
• Work with a diverse patient population spanning children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
• Partner closely with therapists, social workers, PMHNPs, and the broader care team
• Offer guidance and supervision to mid-level clinical staff
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant
• Take part in the shared physician call schedule
• Champion the delivery of patient-focused, high-quality psychiatric care

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
• Active Tennessee medical license (or the ability to acquire one)
