Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Bloomington, Illinois seeks a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist to join an established outpatient practice with two physicians and two advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will treat patients across the lifespan, including adolescents, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.

Epic EMR is used; visa sponsorship (H1B/J1) is available. The compensation package includes generous PTO from day one, signing bonus, relocation

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
• Licensed by the DEA and state to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty.
• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs.
• Must participate in OSF malpractice coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care across the lifespan, including adolescent and pediatric patients.
• No inpatient responsibilities; daytime Monday–Friday schedule with potential 4-day option.
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient care.

• Monday-Friday daytime hours with flexibility for a 4-day schedule
• No call and no inpatient responsibilities
• Epic EMR
• H1B and J1 Visa applications accepted

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $340,000-$400,000.

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
