Job description

Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We also offer flexibility in where and when you practice medicine, allowing you to enjoy control over your hours and schedule.

We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Note that Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs.

We believe that improving accessibility in mental health care starts with taking care of our doctors. We address challenges faced by psychiatrists, such as lack of infrastructure and support in private practice, or being overworked and underpaid in hospitals and clinics. Our goal is to bridge the gap in outpatient psychiatry by providing high-quality, respected care in a modern setting with modern tools.

Talkiatry believes psychiatric care should be affordable and accepts all major insurance. We have a large in-house billing and patient care team that manages administrative issues for our clinical staff.
