Job summary

Serenity Healthcare seeks a psychiatrist for full-time, outpatient care in our physician-owned group. Enjoy a base of $300,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+. No on-call duties and a high staff-to-physician ratio provide strong clinical and administrative support.

The role offers a flexible schedule (4–5 days/week), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity to advance with Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy training as part of our patient care program.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active medical license in the state or willingness to obtain one.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in a physician-owned, led group.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Education

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)

Active state medical license or willingness to obtain

Unencumbered DEA license

U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder
