Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a board-certified or eligible psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only position in Texas. The role offers a $300,000 base salary with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+, with no call responsibilities and ample clinical support.

The practice features an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, a flexible 4-5 day work week, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and generous PTO and holidays, with opportunities to train in TMS

• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
