Arizona State Hospital (ASH) is seeking Psychiatrists to join our adult psychiatric facility in Phoenix. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide comprehensive psychiatric care to a focused caseload of about 20 patients, and contribute to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.

ASH offers a four-day, 40-hour workweek with four 10-hour shifts and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges from $276,510 to $287,500 with employer-provided health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice psychiatry in Arizona
• Board certification preferred
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and clinical care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to a focused caseload of approximately 20 patients
• Lead multidisciplinary treatment teams under the Chief Medical Officer
