A mental health care provider is seeking a full-time psychiatrist to deliver patient-centered care in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and manage psychotropic medications. This role offers a base salary of $300,000 with potential total compensation over $450,000, in a supportive, outpatient-only practice with flexible scheduling. Training in TMS and ketamine therapy is provided, ensuring that all applicants feel equipped for success.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license required.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.
