Job summary

A leading mental health organization is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive environment. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $300,000 and total compensation up to $450,000+. The successful candidate will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and offer innovative therapies. Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry and possess strong clinical skills. The position promises no on-call requirements and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
