Many of our sites are teaching clinics and offer multiple opportunities for training residents, medical students, and other trainees. The Department of Psychiatry offers a Clinician Educator Faculty Development Program and is also actively recruiting physicians who are interested in furthering our robust DEI initiatives including the University of Pittsburgh Race and Social Determinants of Equity and Well-being Cluster Hire and Retention Initiative.
