Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient/outpatient behavioral health team. The position features a 7 on/7 off schedule with opportunities to cover inpatient services as needed.

You will supervise APPs, participate in telehealth/in-person consults across Piedmont, and provide evaluation and management of psychiatric patients using the Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active Georgia medical license or eligible.
• Experience supervising APPs preferred.
• Experience with ketamine and TMS preferred.
• Experience treating adults and adolescents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary outpatient psychiatry.
• Assist in coverage of inpatient services as needed.
• Supervise mid-levels (APPs).
• Take on after-hours call for outpatient clinic.
• Participate in telehealth or in-person consults across Piedmont system.
• Supervise medical students.
