Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a licensed clinician specialized in psychiatric assessment and treatment to provide comprehensive mental health care in a correctional setting. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage prescribed medications within a structured, protocol-driven environment.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead or participate in crisis intervention and suicide prevention, and contribute to quality improvement

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with expertise in psychiatric assessment and treatment.
• Strong skills in medication management and clinical decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in structured, protocol-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with clinical and support staff.
• Experience or competence in crisis response and suicide prevention.
