Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active Missouri medical license.
• Hospital-based leadership experience preferred.
• Experience building clinical programs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide medical leadership for psychiatric services.
• Help establish clinical workflows, standards and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership and clinical teams.
• Support recruitment, development and oversight of psychiatric providers.

Psychiatrist Medical Director | St. Louis, MO | Full-Time

A psychiatric hospital is seeking an experienced Psychiatrist Medical Director to provide direct patient care while helping establish and lead high-quality psychiatric services.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician leader to play a key role in building clinical programs,

developing workflows, establishing standards, and shaping the future of psychiatric care.

Compensation: $320,000 – $425,000 annually
