Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Psychiatry Residency Program.
• Current and valid California medical license, NPI, and DEA registration.
• No disciplinary action or license restriction.
• Board Certification (preferred) / Board Eligible.
• At least 2 years of independent psychiatric experience (preferred).
• Subspecialization: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and holistic treatments for patients in-person and via telehealth.
• Supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (NPs, PAs, therapists) with protected time.
• Participate in interventional psychiatry services and clinical research pipelines.
• Provide career leadership and support to the clinical team in operations.
• Participate in crisis intervention and emergency care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.

About the Role

The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients through evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning. Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, you will help patients access the resources and support they need to improve mental health and overall well-being. Serving as a key leader of the clinical office, you will also play a key role in supporting your clinical team through education and supervision (protected time included) to ensure patients receive holistic support.
