Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing team. We are a community-focused, outpatient mental health group serving diverse and underserved populations. Our interdisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists, all committed to helping patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement in their lives. In addition, we have evidence-based interventional psychiatry modalities and conduct extensive clinical and pharmaceutical research. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients through evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning. Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, you will help patients access the resources and support they need to improve mental health and overall well-being. Serving as a key leader of the clinical office, you will also play a key role in community-based care, collaborating with local agencies, treatment centers, and families to ensure patients receive holistic support. There will be potential opportunities to participate in clinical research or value-based care services depending on the candidate’s interests and experience.
Long Beach, CA (minimum 3 days in-office, up to 2 days remote)
Full-time, 5 days per week
The anticipated pay range is $360,000 - $541,000, which represents the total target compensation.
