Job summary

Epic Medical Research in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Psychiatrist to join our physician-led clinical and research organization, combining outpatient care with industry-sponsored trials. This is not a traditional psychiatry role; you will have opportunities as Investigator or Sub-Investigator on psychiatric and neuroscience trials, with hybrid schedule including some remote work.

Competitive total compensation of $400K+ with base salary plus performance/research bonuses, supported by

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency.
• Texas licensed or eligible for Texas licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred.
• Strong outpatient psychiatry skills.
• Interested in clinical research and innovative psychiatric treatments.
• Prior clinical trial experience is a plus, but not required — we can train and support the right physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care integrated with clinical research.
• Participate as Investigator or Sub-Investigator on psychiatric and neuroscience trials.
• Collaborate with research coordinators and regulatory teams to support trials.

Epic Medical Researchis looking for aPsychiatristto join our growing physician-led clinical and research organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

This isnot a traditional psychiatry position. The right physician will have the opportunity to combineoutpatient psychiatric care with industry-sponsored clinical research, including participation as an Investigator or Sub-Investigator on psychiatric and neuroscience clinical trials.
