Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking psychiatrists for our busy outpatient centers in metro Atlanta with inpatient coverage as needed. This role offers a full‑time hybrid schedule and a focus on comprehensive, evidence‑based psychiatric care.

We value physicians who are MD/DO, board-certified or eligible in Adult, Child/Adolescent, Geriatric, or Addiction psychiatry, and who are licensed or able to obtain licensure in Georgia.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry (adult/child-adolescent/geriatric/addiction).
• Licensed in Georgia or eligible to obtain license in GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, full‑scope medication management across a wide range of conditions.
• Operate in a full‑time hybrid schedule with 60‑minute intake appointments and 30‑minute follow-up visits.
• Care for a diverse patient population in metro Atlanta and provide inpatient coverage as needed.

Job Brief: Psychiatrist

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia’s largest independent, physician‑owned, multi‑specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care modelto provide high‑quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long‑term health, effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Care is delivered across 40+ specialties at 26 medical offices featuring state‑of‑the‑art equipment, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. We also provide surgical services and around‑the‑clock care at some of the area’s top hospitals. We invite applications for full‑time or PRN Adult, Child/Adolescent, or Geriatric Psychiatrists for our busy out‑patient medical centers throughout metro Atlanta and inpatient coverage at our contracted mental health facility, Ridgeview Hospital.

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Adult, Child/Adolescent, Geriatric, or Addiction psychiatry
• Currently licensed or able to obtain license in the State of Georgia
