Responsabilidades

• Assists all patients with activities of daily living.
• Executes 15-minute safety checks and room checks for all patients.
• Participates in admission and discharge process with patient safety in mind.
• Assists patients at meals with trays; maintains safety during dining.
• Performs accu-checks and vital signs as needed.
• Carrys out patient care tasks directed by Charge Nurse.
• Intervenes verbally and physically with assaultive or self-harming patients.
• Documents in flow sheets (checks, graphs, restraint sheets, education, diabetic flows).
• Supports recreational staff in activity implementation.
• Attends at least 75% of staff meetings and all mandatory trainings.

Assists patients at all meals with their food trays and maintains safety during meal times in the Dining Room.5. Performs accu-checks and Vital Signs as needed on patients.6. Performs patient care responsibilities as directed by the Charge Nurse.7. Intervenes verbally and physically with patients who are assaultive or attempting to harm themselves. Knowledge of crisis intervention, limit setting and behavior modification required.8. Documents in flow sheets: 15 minute checks, graphics, restraint flow sheets, I&D flow sheets, patient education and diabetic flow sheets.9.
