Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats children, adolescents, and adults seeking psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment.
• Communicates patient, resident, and family needs to physicians clearly and accurately.
• Collaborates with referral sources, patients, families, and team members for care coordination.
• Provided intake screenings and initial observations upon arrival.
• Supervises and assists with daily living activities and safety.
• Monitors wellbeing and reports changes to medical staff.
