Responsibilities

• Assist psychiatric staff with client flow and provide quality care.
• Prepare patients for visits including subjective data and vitals.
• Work with an integrated care team including psychiatrists, social workers and case managers.
• Process medication refill requests and communicate with pharmacies as needed.
• Check EHR for validity of requests and document activities accordingly.
• Support patient enrollment in prescription assistance programs and referrals.
