Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide to support psychiatric prescribers and clinicians in delivering coordinated care. The role focuses on administrative and clinical tasks to assist in treatment planning and client support.

You will participate in screenings, case management, and documentation, ensuring charts and prescription records are prepared, stored securely, and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from Washington State.
• Current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Must have active Washington State DOH license.
• Minimum credential: CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, RN.
• Washington State Driver's License required.
• Familiarity with computer software is desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical tasks.
• Coordinate care with mental health therapists and chemical dependency professionals.
• Provide screenings and case management in coordination with treatment teams.
• Prepare charts, prescription refills, and related paperwork ahead of time.
• Maintain medication storage, disposal logs, and safety/compliance records.

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Sea Mar Behavioral Health's diverse and quickly expanding program isseeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide for our BehavioralHealth Department in Lynnwood, WA.The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports Psychiatric prescribers inadministrative and clinical areas. This position also works withMental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency Professionals incoordinating care to ensure continuity of care for clients. ThePsychiatric Provider Aide provides screenings and case management incoordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.Candidate participates actively as a team member in the delivery ofclient services, and the coordination of community support services.

Assists in insuring agency compliance with WAC's, RCW's, and otherpertinent laws, regulations, and contracts. In addition staff willensure that charts, prescription refill requests, and all informationor paperwork the psychiatric prescriber will need is prepared ahead oftime and organized in the fashion preferred by the prescriber.

Ensuremedication storage, maintenance, dispensation and waste logs aremaintained in accordance with Sea Mar policies and procedures. Anyarea of non-compliance should be reported immediately to thesupervisor/manager, if applicable. Ensures that all medical, nursing,health & safety and personnel policies and procedures are beingfollowed and implemented.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must posses a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License fromWashington State.
• Posses a current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days ofemployment.
• Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
• Must have minimum CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, RN.
• Must have active Washington State Department of Health license.
• Basic mathematical skills are required including adding,subtracting, multiplying, and division. Convert pounds to kilograms,etc.
• Must have no history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misusefor a period of three (3) years immediately prior to being hired.
• Washington State Driver's License required.
• Familiarity with computer software desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
