Qualifications

• RN license or license-eligible in the state of Utah.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, report changes.
• Perform procedures and treatments as ordered, document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to enhance care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic care plan.
• Coordinate continuation of care with providers and community support services.
