Job summary
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in psychiatric care to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate behavioral health patients.
You will administer treatments, lead groups, document care, and support admissions, discharges, and transfers in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license (or compact), BLS, and a BSN/ASN/ADN from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license or compact license.
- BLS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited ASN/ADN or BSN program.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
- Document care and participate in treatment planning.
