Rush University Medical Center in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shift on the 13 Kellogg-Adult Psych unit. This full-time role requires Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN or higher (ADN accepted under conditions).

The RN II will apply clinical skills, collaborate with care teams, and support quality initiatives while upholding Rush policies. The position emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and education for patients, families, and staff, with

Competenze

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Earned nursing degree at the baccalaureate level or higher; RN1s hired before 2012 may have different qualifications.
• ADN may be accepted effective 1/9/23 until approved number of ADN hires is met with conditions outlined in the employment offer.
