Job summary

Lasting Hope Recovery Center is seeking an e​mpathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality care within a 64‑bed adult psychiatric setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license for NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Assess and analyze data across psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and modify the plan of care with clinical reasoning and documentation.
• Evaluate progress and revise the plan of care with the patient and team.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
