Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide nursing care.
- Conduct nursing assessments.
- Prepare, implement, and modify nursing care plans.
- Provide health teaching, counseling, and education to patients and families.
- Implement infection control protocols.
- Observe and report patient health and medication responses.
