Job summary

Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time or part-time roles in Birmingham, AL. The facility serves adolescents and adults in acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings.

Roles include 2-3, 8-hour shifts on weekdays and/or 12-hour shifts every other Sat/Sun, plus mandatory 8-business-day orientation 8a-4p. Competitive pay, time off, and strong benefits support our care mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Alabama RN license required.
• One year psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• LPN must have credentials to direct physical management and CPR certification.
• Attend 7 days New Employee Orientation on day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday + following Mon-Wed).
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric patient care in inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care standards.
• Accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
