Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse to practice in Minnesota and two years of mental health/psychiatry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Preference given for psychiatric nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with individuals, families, inter-agencies/intra-agencies, and other community resources.
• Manage medication clinics, intake, screening, education, and documentation including labs and vital signs.
• Coordinate referrals for labs, therapy, physicals, testing, and case management.
• Coordinate with pharmacies and medication sample programs; collaborate with health care providers to ensure high-quality care.
• Triage medication clinic crisis calls and on-site crises; provide intervention and referrals.
• Monitor side effects and required lab work; ensure documentation is complete.
