Maple Shade Youth & Family Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to provide clinical supervision and program oversight for our psychiatric rehabilitation services for youth.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and training to PRP caseworkers
• Oversee program compliance with COMAR and Joint Commission standards
• Lead team meetings, review documentation, and coordinate care with families and partner agencies
• Maintain open, professional communication with staff, clinicians, families, and community partners
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement across the PRP program

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field
• Active licensure as a mental health provider (LCSW-C, LCPC, etc.)
