• Schedule: 3pm-11pm, with a Saturday or Sunday shift each week

Job Description

What you will do in this role: The PRSC provides group and individual therapy, psychiatric rehab, and case management for adults with psychiatric hospitalizations. You will assist with long-term care and stabilization, working as part of our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic services tailored to residents' needs. Our residents are motivated and eager to engage in their recovery journey.

• Note: Prior experience in similar settings is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care, or SMHRF
• Bachelor's Degree in human services (e.g., sociology, psychology, rehabilitation counseling) and at least 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred but not required
