Universal Health Services' Cedar Creek Hospital in Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical and psychiatric care to adolescents and adults. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate with the care team, and help implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Complete nurse-to-nurse assessments and coordinate with Internal Medicine as needed.
Perform internal nursing assessments.
Assess, plan, and deliver care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
Continuously assess and reassess medical and psychiatric status.
Collaborate with the care team to implement treatment plans.
Provide care to both adult and adolescent patients.

Description

Complete nurse to nurse assessment with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
Complete internal nursing assessments.
Competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
The nurse continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
Works with both adult and adolescent population.

Hours

All full time roles are 3 12-hour shifts per week, with an every other weekend rotation*

We have multiple shifts available including:

Days 7am-7:30pm

Nights 7pm-7:30am
