Vermont Psychiatric Care Hospital in Berlin, VT is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for night shifts. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a modern 25-bed facility.

Licensed RN in Vermont with at least 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred; BSN is highly regarded. The role offers a competitive benefits package including tuition reimbursement and a defined pension plan.

Environmental Factors

Duties primarily performed in a clinical setting. Work may require travel off‑site. Minimum Qualifications

Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi‑state license AND two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience.

OR

Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi‑state license AND one (1) year or more of experience as a Registered Nurse I with the State of Vermont.

Special Requirements

Overtime work is required to maintain minimum staffing levels and for unannounced regulatory inspections and is considered a condition of employment. The ability to work overtime when required is an essential function of this job class.
